Faculty Salaries: The AAUP National Organization provides an Annual Report on the Economic Status of the Profession, a comprehensive report of faculty salaries and fringe benefits. The report includes more than 2,100 institutions.

The goal of this report is to allow faculty members to compare their own campus salaries with those at similar institutions, both within the state and nationally. This provides a basis of understanding for the financial standings of the Chapter members.

Collective Bargaining: The AAUP supports faculty collective bargaining at the option of local chapters as an additional means for advancing professional standards. Contracts between faculty and administration are designed to promote collegial governance.
